Another suitcase and thoughts of the day

Here it is another suitcase I made :) It's very similar to the first one (the giveaway one ;) but this also has baby wet wipes in it.

These days I'm so busy with the baby(ies:) (that also managed to get ill, luckily nothing serious) and Christmas presents, that the time to make minis is very little. Nevertheless it's something that brings me joy and calms me, so I always try to find some time to create during the day, usually in the evenings..

In questi giorni sono così presa con i bimbi e i regali di Natale che ho davvero poco tempo da dedicare alle minis. Ciononostante creare è un qualcosa che mi dona calma e gioai e quindi cerco sempre di ritagliare un po' di tempo durante la sera da dedicare a questa attività.

I surely won't be able to take part to Miniaturitalia 2016 as expositor, but I really wish to get there at least as a visitor (and hope to meet Caterina which is a very pleasant person :)

Sicuramente quest'anno non riuscirò a partecipare a Miniaturitalia 2016 come espositore, ma spero di poter almeno fare un salto come visitatore ( e spero di incontrare Caterina che è una persona davvero simpatica :)

New creations... yes, flowers again!

This week I've been very busy! I started my job as babysitter (in russian) and my son got injured jumping on the bed (yes, like the 10 little monkies!) He's not seriously injured, but it's another task for me though!)

Anyway I had time to finish some commissions and to create some other bunches of flowers for my etsy shop. Here are two of them, the third is very big and still have to finish it ^_^

Darker shades

Ranunculus

 I like drinking coffee in the morning and expecially I like drinking it in company. My favourite company is my fiend, artist and neighbour Zsuzsanna (La Veranda - decor). Yesterday she invited me for a coffee and she had a beautiful bunch of Ranunculus flowers on the kitchen table! Those beautiful flowers got me really inspired. Here is my miniature version of those little treasures. Thanx Zsuzsanna for the inspiration ^_^

It's spring! Romantic peonies

It's spring finally! We waited for it so long :) We were so tired of the cold weather, but now it's much warmer and we feel a lot of energy ^_^

This year I missed the annual meeting at Miniaturitalia, because of health problems (not serious, don't worry :) just a little of morning sickness... ooops ;) 

Here is a little creation to celebrate this new weather that brings so much joy to the soul.

Toy dolls for the dollhouse nursery

Today my dishwasher decided that it's time to go on retirement and broke -_- so I had so many dishes to wash ... BUT I made some miniatures later ^_^
I made 3 little dolls for the dollhouse nursery: Lisetta, Bernadette and Loretta (which is not in the pictures because she's still drying her hair ;)

Projects, ideas, wip and ... free wallpapers

I'm very excited today! I started some new projects and I have a lot of ideas :))) 

One of these ideas is a serie of miniature tutorials made by me. I plan to make one per month, starting with the skiis tutorial this month. 

I have almost finished it so it should be online by the end of the week I guess.

I am also working on a doctor's bag inspired by this tutorial... mine is not so beautiful though ;) I will show it to you tomorrow ^_^

One of my golas this year is to finish the dollhouse structure by the end of march. I really hope to succed ^_^

Dear friends...

Dear friends! As you can see my blog is now empty. I decided to have a new start!
The blog will be written in english but I also speak italian, russian, polish, a little bit of german and a very little bit of chinese, so feel free to comment in the language you prefer... and if we don't understand each other, we will use google translate ^_^
Also the tutorials will be written in italian and english, but I could write in any other language I know, if you make a request.
Please know that english is not my native language, so forgive any grammar mistakes ;)

Why did I decide to start from 0??? First of all because I was away from this blog for a very long time, so I actually lost the train of thought I was following. Second, because my dollhouse too is having a brand new start. This means that at the moment it lies in a stack. I disassembled all the pieces as the structure was not strong enough and I'm making a new basement. As some of you might remember, my dollhouse is a Delprado kit I bought already assembled from a very nice woman called Sandra, which did a very great job. But the fact is that the nature of the Delprado dollhouse itself  (sold in pieces to be assembled) is not of the best of quality. The plan now is to give the house a strong basement. Doing so all the structure will be a lot stronger and it will be possible to move the house without the fear of breaking it every time. Also I will be following the advices from the beautiful book "Maison Miniature" by Lea Frisoni, which I own in french (and I don't speak french, but it doesn't matter ;)
